I help Latina women release the pressure to perform, understand the patterns and expectations that shape their burnout, and reconnect with the self they have had to set aside.

Meet Yali

Yaleica Parodi is a Puerto Rican, bicultural Latina holistic wellness coach who supports women who are tired of carrying expectations that were never fully theirs.

Her work is for women who are used to being capable, responsible, and strong, but privately feel disconnected from their needs, body, voice, or their own definition of fulfillment.

After years in high-performance professional spaces, Yaleica came to understand how easy it can be to build a life that looks successful while still feeling disconnected from yourself.

That experience became part of the foundation for this work: helping other women slow down, listen inward, and create lives that feel more aligned with who they are, not just who they’ve had to become.

Why I do this work

I've seen how easy it is for women to build lives that look successful from the outside while feeling disconnected from themselves on the inside.

Many of us learn to be responsible long before we learn to listen to ourselves. We learn to care for others, meet expectations, and keep moving forward, even when we're exhausted.

As a Puerto Rican woman living in the diaspora,

I've experienced firsthand how family, identity, belonging, and the expectations we carry can shape the way we move through the world. They've given me a deep sense of connection and pride, while also teaching me how important it is to make room for your own needs, values, and definition of a meaningful life.

Those experiences are part of who I am and part of the perspective I bring to this work, alongside my professional experience, training, and belief that each woman deserves the space to define what wellbeing looks like for herself.

The Women I Work With

The women I work with often look like they have it all together on the outside. They're capable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to the people they love.

But beneath the surface, many are carrying more than anyone realizes. They are:

Accomplished, But Exhausted

They’ve worked hard and built a life they’re proud of. Yet beneath it all, they’re feeling depleted and wondering why it still doesn’t feel like enough.

Always the Strong One

They’re the one others rely on. The helper, the caretaker, the problem-solver. Carrying so much for everyone else has left little space for themself.

Caught Between Two Worlds

They navigate multiple cultures, identities, and expectations. Sometimes it feels like they’re balancing who they are with who others expect them to be.

Disconnected From Themselves

Somewhere between work, responsibilities, and caring for others, they’ve lost touch with their own needs, desires, and voice.
